    MOASPA-Central is about developing, growing and supporting human resources professionals in the heart of Missouri. Working together, we engage in constructive conversations, conferences and meaningful professional development. Our goal is to collaborate quarterly as an organization and there are no member dues.

    If you are interested in learning how to make things better for your school district by learning new strategies to help employees be successful, develop effective training plans, investigate new HR technologies and tools, or simply improve your current processes, MOASPA-Central is for you!
